Avey is a 2013 graduate of the George Brown College Denturism Program. She started her journey at Minuk Denture Clinic in December of that year, first practicing as an intern, and going on to receive her denturist license in 2015. Avey strives to provide patients with aesthetically natural, optimally fitting and functioning dentures. She also aims to consistently surpass patient expectations. To support these goals, she is committed to ongoing professional development with patient-focused treatments related to digital dentistry, implant-supported dentures, and precision dentures.
Avey has served as the Education Chair of the Denturist Association of Manitoba (DAM) since 2021. Encouraging professional growth of all licensed denturists in Manitoba through continuing education.
Avey is a mom, denturist, artist, mentor, friend, and supporter of mental health and wellness. She particularly enjoys sharing her love of learning, mastering her culinary skills and the great outdoors with her family.
